5. Operation Method

a. Using Cobalt Chrome Casting Alloy investment to make the mode, and make the wax shape,then put into the casting circle to invest.

b. After one hour curding, put it into the oven (260℃). And hold about half an hour at 900℃.

c. When the alloy is melting, the alloy is bright light. When the alloy is out of shape,casting it at once.

After 5～10minutes, get the casting out, then sandblasting, buffing, polishing and electropolishing.

6. Caution

a. The casting room should be good sanding.

b. Nickel allergy caution.

c. This product is not recommended for repeated casting.

7. Package

One package is 1000g per bottble.
