VITA 3D master shade guide-26colors. 3D master 4R2.5 paste opaque will be used after
first fired washing opaque, helping to cover the color of metal. If you choose NiCr ceramic
metal with Be, you can print the paste opaque without washing opaque. Labs technicans
can print this 3D master 4R2.5 paste opaque once or twice. Nowadays a lot of labs choose
our paste opaque instead of others, because of the prefect bongding strength and color.
Especially easy using, labs new staff also can print the washing opaque and paste opaque
quite well. You will be surprised at the quite prefect bonding strength of this paste opaque.
The Firing Schedule of 3D Master 4R2.5 Dental Opaque:
1. Preheat Temp: 600℃
2. Drying Time: 6 min
3. Heat Time: 6 min
4. Final Temp: 930℃
5. Holding Time: 1 min
6. Vacuum Start: 600℃
7. Vacuum Time: 6 min
The Characteristics of 3D Master 4R2.5 Dental Opaque:
1. Prefect bonding strength of porcelain fused to alloy or washing opaque.
2. Cover the color of metal quite well, no yellowrish.
